GE Vivid q

Refurbished

Call to configure, special pricing available 317-759-9210

The refurbished GE Vivid q ultrasound machine is slightly more advanced portable cardiovascular ultrasound than its predecessor the GE Vivid i. The Vivid q for sale includes quantitative features such as ICE, Auto EF, AFI, TVI, TT, TSI, Blood Flow and Blood Flow imaging. These high-end technologies are found in the GE Vivid E9 console-based machines that are not found on the less powerful GE Vivid i ultrasound machine, specifically the Automated Ejection-Fraction Calculation and M4S-RS probe.

With the increased efficiency and image quality, the GE Vivid q is ideal for fast-paced clinical environments and addresses several preoperative care needs through transthoracic examinations, adult and pediatric TEE, carotid evaluations, intra-operative ultrasound probe support, and shared service performance.

The Vivid q offers improved accuracy and diagnostic confidence, while simultaneously increasing productivity, all on a larger keyboard and overall more customizable controls, providing better ease-of-use. This makes it easier to customize its image presets, image controls, annotations, programmable keys and more.

The GE Vivid q ultrasound system features the following options:

  • 15″ LCD monitor
  • Automated Function Imaging (AFI)
  • Tissue Velocity Imaging (TVI)
  • Tissue Tracking (TT)
  • Tissue Synchronization Imaging (TSI)
  • Over 16 portable ultrasound probes
  • Triplex imaging
  • Tissue Doppler(Velocity) Imaging
  • Speckle Reduction Imaging (SRI HD)
  • Automated LH Measurement
  • Transesophageal Echo

GE M4S-RS Sector 1.5-3.6 MHz

The Vivid q is a solid choice over the GE Vivid i as it features the M4S-RS Matrix cardiac ultrasound probe, which allows deeper penetration and higher image resolution over the 3S-RS. The image quality for cardiac, venous, vascular, small parts, and a variety of images is excellent for nearfield imaging as well as penetration for difficult-to-image patients and deep tissue.

As a refurbished portable cardiovascular ultrasound machine, the GE Vivid q presents an excellent value and performance over other machines. IN choosing between the Vivid i and the Vivid q, the upgraded cardiac probe is definitely a consideration in choosing the Vivid q. Note that fewer Vivid q’s were made by GE and they can be difficult to find.
